How do you get kids to eat that!

We eat everything! We start young and have simple rules about table manners, not about how much they should eat. Whether they are using a pincer grasp or cutting with a butter knife, we let our kids take charge and develop a love of food! The more exposure kids have to a variety of food, the healthier they will be. Curry, chili, tofu vegetable stir fry, red beans and rice, whatever it is, we are not afraid to try it.
